Struggling to cope? Feeling anxious, worried or low? Difficulties with work? Lost someone close to you?
I believe people are intrinsically individual and inherently relational. Problems and difficulties may arise when our individual worlds collide and clash with the worlds of those we are in relationship with.
Using an integrative approach to counselling, I work with you in mind, providing a safe and confidential space to think about issues which are causing you difficulty and distress.
I look for links and patterns in unconscious processes and behaviours that may be hindering your ability to live life in all its fullness. This means that I work with each client and their experience, sometimes looking at the past, exploring how this may be affecting the present.
My belief is that when we are aware of these processes, and understand sources of stress and difficulty, change can happen along with an opportunity to make informed choices to ‘do life’ differently.
I hope to help you make possible your living life in all its fullness.
